About Our School

Green Hills Public School was founded in 1994 by Mrs M. Srivastava. 25 years back school was opened with a vision. Set up in a single room with thirty students and two teachers. The founder Mrs. M Srivastava had dreamt of a school that would provide holistic education and make the school a home away from home a place where children are crazy to return to. The pursuit of excellence encouraged at the school seats on the positive belief that every man has in him to produce work, the quality of which can be described as first class.

Drawing Class

Drawing is a curious process, so intertwined with the process of seeing that the two can hardly be separated. Ability to draw depends on ability to see the way an artist sees, and this kind of seeing can marvelously enrich the life of a child. Udgam teaches the art of drawing to help the students to discover these abilities.

Active Learning

"Active learning" means students engage with the material, participate in the class, and collaborate with each other. Don't expect your students simply to listen and memorize; instead, have them help demonstrate a process, analyze an argument, or apply a concept to a real-world situation.

Creative Lesson

Creativity can stimulate imaginative thinking capability in students. That is why teachers promote activities such as open-ended questions, creative team building activities, brainstorming sessions and debates amidst busy curriculum schedules.Some teachers tactfully use these techniques to teach tough lessons to make children learn with fun and ease.

Yoga Class

It Enhances Physical Flexibility: Yoga promotes physical strength because children learn to use all of their muscles in new ways. ... As a result of this single focus to achieve a particular pose or stay balanced, yoga helps children to focus and concentrate in school and get better grades.

Today the children of our country face a more challeging and competitive environment. So, it becomes imperative to balance academic rigour, co-curricular activities and extra activities for the overall development of a student. The most important process to attain this goal is to persue a value-based education. Even thought we set high expectations from our students, we work hard to safegaurd the positive environment of our school.

Releasing the responsibility task that we have on our hands, the school emphasis on developing each and every student to his optimum capability by taping the potential in him.
